Overview
Establish in 1948 by Ahmet Sedat under the company name Ahmet Sedat & Sons Ltd. which is one of the oldest companies in North Cyprus.

Our company Bilmax Digital Solutions (Mehmet A. Sedat Tic. ltd.) has been established in 2001. Although 13 years of history is short in a time, we have grown annually of more than 38%. We have widened our product range by adding well-known brand names and expand our business to Digital Signage and Advertising systems. We are also continuing to widen our integration on security surveillance systems, digital congress systems and illumotion system.

Brief History
First start with Company name Ahmet Sedat in a small shop in the city called Lefkoşa. Company's first import has been started with MAX BRAUN that he was the foundation of the BRAUN Company from Germany in 1948. At that time the quantities were not exciding 100 units per year. Ahmet Sedat was the sole agent for the BRAUN products for whole Cyprus. Later on he started to widen his product range and he started to import Grundig and Telefunken televisions from Germany. Then every passing year he expanded his range of import and his knowledge of business. In 1963 The first war starts in Cyprus and the location of his shop has been change to another place again in Lefkoşa. Due to war and critical situations of Turkish Cypriots From 1963 to 1974 he continued his business in stable condition. After that the second war started in 1974 Cyprus has been divided into two parts. Although the whole population of Cyprus divided by two he continued with his business. In 1982 Companys name has been changed as Ahmet Sedat & Sons Ltd. The company has been working with the following brand names as a sole agent of North Cyprus.

In 2000 due to Ahmet Sedat's age he decided to divide the company between his children. Mr. Mustafa Sedat take over the Electronics department and established his company separately under the name Mustafa Sedat Co ltd. Mrs. Sebnem Sedat take over the House Hold Appliances section and established her company separately under the name Ahmet Sedat Investment. And Mr. Mehmet Sedat take over the IT section and in 2001 and established his company under the name Mehmet A. Sedat Tic. Ltd. (Bilmax Digital Solutions)
