MegaView® 2 multi-megapixel cameras provide ample resolution to zoom-in for details in live or recorded video. These indoor/outdoor all-in-one solutions integrate a 1080p, 3-, 5-, or 10-megapixel camera with fast frame rates and an IR corrected motorized wide angle or telephoto, P-iris lens into an IP66 environmental rated, vandal-resistant bullet-style housing. H.264 compression reduces bandwidth and storage requirements while delivering full frame rates and full resolution without sacrificing image quality.

The AV2225PMTIR MegaView® 2 series network camera is part of Arecont Vision’s full line of H.264 MegaView® cameras. This fully compliant implementation of H.264 (MPEG 4, Part 10) provides 1920x1080 megapixel resolution at full video frame rates of 31 frames per second (fps). The AV2225PMTIR camera line provides an all-in-one solution with integrated 1080p full HD camera, IR illuminator, 8-22mm remote focus, remote zoom, p-iris telephoto lens and vandal resistant aluminum cylindrical (Bullet-style) enclosure with IP66 weatherproofing standard. With the features of PSIA compliance, Casino Mode™, privacy mask, extended motion detection and flexible cropping, the AV2225PMTIR is a high sensitivity, PoE (IEEE 802.3af) compliant Day/Night camera w/ IR illuminator. Built with Arecont Vision’s massively-parallel MegaVideo® processing technology, this camera offers more than 6-times the resolution of standard resolution IP cameras with the ability to output full real-time frame rates and deliver high-quality megapixel imaging for indoor applications.
